The Structure and Operational Logic of Industrial Chain of Science and Technology Culture From the Perspective of Industrial Chain Mapping Analysis

Abstract:Against the backdrop of the deepening digital economy and the sustained advancement of building China a leading country in culture,the deep integration of scientific and technological innovation and cultural industries has become a critical pathway for cultivating new quality productive forces and energizing new engines of economic growth.This paper introduces an industrial chain mapping perspective and constructs a three-tier structural framework centered on“basic technologies-platform services-industry applications”to systematically decompose and comprehensively visualize the industrial chain of science and technology culture.At the structural level,the paper elucidates the capability generation mechanism of the basic technology layer,the capability translation mechanism of the platform service layer,and the value realization mechanism of the industry application layer,thereby clarifying the functional positioning and synergistic relationships across different layers.At the operational level,it proposes a tripartite operational logic comprising vertical transmission,horizontal linkage,and multi-flow interweaving,and systematically explicates the embedded and cyclical interactions among technology flows,data flows,value flows,and demand flows within a multi-level network structure.Finally,the study demonstrates that the industrial chain of science and technology culture enables the transformation of technological capabilities into both industrial and cultural value through multi-level coordination and multi-flow integration.However,its synergistic development remains constrained by factors such as technological integration,platform interoperability,and ecosystem governance.Future efforts should therefore continue to advance collaborative innovation and institutional optimization to fully unlock its strategic potential.
