Innovation Efficiency of Key Core Technologies in Strategic Emerging Industries of China:Statistical Measurement, Regional Differences and Obstacle Factors

Abstract：This article is based on data from 287 cities at and above the prefectural level from 2014 to 2023,and conducts statistical measurement and analysis of regional differences and obstacle factors on the innovation efficiency of key core technologies in China's strategic emerging industries.Research finds that from 2014 to 2023,the innovation efficiency of key core technologies in China's strategic emerging industries has shown an overall upward trend.The overall difference in innovation efficiency of key technologies in China's strategic emerging industries is showing a narrowing trend,and the differences between regions are the main cause of this difference.From a national perspective,the main obstacle factors to improving the innovation efficiency of key core technology in China's strategic emerging industries have shifted from the level of innovation input to the level of innovation output.From a regional perspective,the eight major economic zones face different obstacle factors,but the transaction volume of strategic emerging industry technology markets is currently the main obstacle factor.
