制造业创新联合体:结构、行为及创新机制——以高速列车研制为例

摘要创新联合体越来越受到业界和学界的关注,但既有研究对其结构、行为与创新机制仍缺乏深入的理论探讨。本文以轨道交通装备制造业为研究对象,基于SCP分析范式从产业层面探究制造业创新联合体及其创新机制。研究发现:第一,在结构上,制造业创新联合体具有产学研用多元主体、产业链嫁接创新链、行业领军企业主导以及数字技术应用等特征;在行为上,制造业创新联合体的融通创新呈现出创新链内部环节融通、产业链与创新链融通以及跨多学科领域融通等特征;在结果上,制造业创新联合体的创新绩效表现为关键核心技术突破和产业技术升级。第二,产学研用多元主体、产业链嫁接创新链能够促进创新联合体融通创新行为的产生;创新链内部环节融通、产业链与创新链融通以及跨多学科领域融通等行为又对取得核心技术突破和实现产业技术升级具有促进作用;行业领军企业主导和数字技术应用对创新联合体实现融通创新具有调节作用。制造业创新联合体结构、行为及创新机制研究,既有利于丰富产学研融合创新理论,也能为其他装备制造业通过创新组织变革突破关键核心技术国际封锁提供理论启示。

Abstract：Innovation consortia have received more and more attention from the industry and academia,but existing studies still lack in-depth theoretical discussions on their structure,behavior and innovation mechanism.This paper takes the rail transportation equipment manufacturing industry as the research object,and explores the manufacturing innovation consortium and its innovation mechanism from the industrial level based on the SCP analysis paradigm.It is found that,firstly,structurally,manufacturing innovation consortium is characterized by multiple subjects of industry,academia,research and application,grafting of industrial chain to innovation chain,domination of industry leading enterprises and application of digital technology;Behaviorally,the integration and innovation of manufacturing innovation consortium shows the characteristics of integration within the innovation chain,integration between industrial chain and innovation chain,and integration across multi-disciplinary fields;As a result,innovation performance of manufacturing innovation consortium is characterized by breakthroughs in key core technologies,and innovation mechanisms.In terms of results,the innovation performance of manufacturing innovation consortium is characterized by key core technology breakthrough and industrial technology upgrading.Secondly,the multiple subjects of industry-university-research and utilization and the grafting of industrial chain to innovation chain can promote the generation of innovation consortium's integrated innovation behavior;The integration of internal links of innovation chain,the integration of industrial chain and innovation chain,and the integration of cross-multi-disciplinary fields have the role of promoting the breakthroughs in key core technologies and the upgrading of industrial technologies;The domination of industry leading enterprises and the application of digital technology have the moderating effect on the realization of the integrated innovation of innovation consortiums.The research on the structure,behavior and innovation mechanism of manufacturing innovation consortium is not only conducive to enriching the innovation theory of industry-university-research integration,but also can provide theoretical inspiration for other equipment manufacturing industries to break through the international embargo on key core technologies through innovative organizational changes.
