Abstract：In order to cope with global climate change, its necessary to construct the low-carbon technological viewpoint under low-carbon economy, in order to conduct the development direction of low-carbon technology, low-carbon economy and low-carbon society.Combined with the related research of low-carbon technology and technological viewpoint, this paper analyzes the low-carbon technological viewpoint from three aspects, including the consist, characteristic and essence of low-carbon technology, the general development regular of low-carbon technology and the low-carbon technological innovation mechanism.It reveals the development regular of low-carbon technology in timed state, spatial state and timed-spatial state.Based on the research results, the construction of low-carbon technological viewpoint could promote the development of low-carbon technology.It constructs the idea of low-carbon consumer and society and drives the harmonious development between human society and natural environment.
