Abstract:Under China's new national system,the government fosters future industries,secures first-mover advantages,and develops new-quality productive forces by shaping innovation ecosystems.This study employs a “technology-context” dual synergy framework to analyze the operational logic of future industry innovation ecosystems,and explores the formation pathways of these ecosystems through a multi-case study approach and a hierarchical network perspective.The results show that,driven by the bidirectional resonance between technology and context,the ecosystems operate through intra-level interactions,bidirectional empowerment,and spiral upgrading through technology-context resonance.Architects dynamically adapt to evolving technological and contextual conditions by adjusting starting points,priorities,and sequencing strategies.This results in four distinct pathways for ecosystem formation:Entrepreneurial Breakthrough,Sequential Advancement,Dual-Driven Activation,and Spillover Penetration.The study contributes to the theoretical development of innovation ecosystems,the role of ecosystem architects,and industrial cultivation,offering a foundation for more targeted policymaking and strategic industry development.
