A Driving Mode of Lean Production Innovation of Manufacturing Enterprises Based on Green Finance,Digital Twins and Digital Carbon Resilience

Abstract:Under carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals and digital transformation,lean production innovation of manufacturing enterprises has shifted from just cutting costs and improving processes toward coordinated efficiency improvement,low-carbon response and production system reconstruction.This study used TOE framework and uses A-share manufacturing listed companies in financial reform and development pilot zones from 2017 to 2024 as the sample.It incorporates green finance,digital twins and digital carbon resilience into an integrated analytical framework,applies LASSO model and entropy method to screen and integrate antecedent conditions,and uses NCA-fsQCA to identify necessary conditions and driving modes.The results show that the quality,performance and value of digital twins model are stable bottleneck conditions.Four equivalent paths are identified:digital-financial synergy,digital twins' agility,environment-value synergy and environment-quality synergy.Digital carbon resilience supports multiple paths,while environmental,technological,and organizational conditions show complementary and compensatory relationships.There is no single optimal path for high-level lean production innovation;instead,it depends on combinations of antecedent conditions and their adaptability to manufacturing scenarios.This paper extends the research at the intersection of lean production and digital transformation.The findings provide theoretical basis and practical implications for manufacturing enterprises with different resource endowments to choose suitable green digital transformation paths.
