The Tripartite Evolutionary Game of Cross-Regional Collaborative Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements: A Case of “Qinchuangyuan”

Abstract:Promoting the cross-regional flow and transformation of scientific and technological achievements is crucial for enhancing the efficiency of scientific and technological resource allocation and fostering new drivers of economic development.Taking the construction of Shaanxi's “Qinchuangyuan” as an example,this study employs a tripartite evolutionary game model involving the origin region,recipient region,and technology intermediary to deeply analyze the intrinsic mechanisms of cross-regional achievement flow and transformation,as well as the influence of various factors on this process.The research reveals:①Establishing cross-regional spillover and transformation mechanisms benefits all stakeholders involved in technology transfer;②Benefit-sharing plays a positive role in promoting the flow and transformation of scientific and technological achievements between different regions;③The intrinsic value of achievements,government subsidies,and the role of technology intermediaries also contribute to the establishment of cross-regional flow and transformation mechanisms.These findings provide new insights and empirical evidence for designing and refining policies to facilitate the cross-regional transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
