The Practical Logic and Optimization Path of Organized Scientific Research in Local Universities from the Perspective of Educational Ecology

Abstract：Promoting organized scientific research in local universities is a response to national strategic needs,a way to break through resource constraints,and a matter of survival for their intrinsic development.From the theoretical perspective of educational ecology,the scientific research activities of local universities can be examined within a three-dimensional coupled system framework of“subject-resource-environment”.From this perspective,the current scientific research ecosystem of local universities faces a niche dilemma of ambiguous positioning and vicious competition,a population relationship dilemma of fragmented internal organization,and an environmental adaptation dilemma of inefficient energy exchange with the outside world.To overcome these dilemmas,the ecological logic of practice of organized scientific research in local universities should focus on transforming inherent resource constraints into distinctive comparative advantages.In the three dimensions of niche reconstruction,resource acquisition,and organizational collaboration,it should respectively achieve a transformation from passive adaptation to active selection,from dependence to symbiosis and co-creation,and from loose connections to deep coupling.On this basis,four major mechanisms,namely precise positioning,synergistic coexistence,activation of motivation,and environmental support,can be systematically constructed to form an organically coupled and synergistically effective ecological optimization path.This provides a theoretical reference and practical guidance for local universities to overcome the predicament of scientific research development and achieve the transformation of organized scientific research.
