Abstract:Under the influence of the modern transformation of knowledge production mode,the degree of organization of scientific research in university is also improving,and organized scientific research is an important starting point to promote the transformation of scientific research from unorganized or disorganized to organized.However,it is worth noting that although organized scientific research has obvious value for scientific research innovation activities in university,the transformation from unorganized to organized scientific research still faces many challenges,among which the organizational inertia at the organizational level can not be ignored.From the realistic situation,the organizational inertia of organized scientific research in university is mainly manifested in the following aspects:structural inertia restricts the construction of interdisciplinary organizations in university,psychological inertia hinders the adaptation of individual research preferences to collective research preferences,and resource inertia reduces the rationality of scientific research resource allocation model.In order to effectively deal with the problem of organizational inertia,organized scientific research in university needs to be promoted from the construction of organizational learning mechanism,incentive compatibility mechanism and resource arrangement mechanism.
