Abstract:As important hubs connecting global scientific and technological innovation resources,scientific and technological societies play a key role in promoting the flow of international resources,but their internationalization process is troubled by multidimensional resource barriers.This paper starts from the motivations,representations and resource barriers of the internationalization of science and technology societies,and further introduces the theory of social network analysis,with an aim to explore the formation mechanism of the four core barriers of funds,technology,information and talents in the internationalization process of science and technology societies,as well as the hidden barriers of institutional isomorphic pressure and cognitive decoding fracture from the three dimensions of network structure,relationship attributes and resource embedding.The study finds that the low betweenness centrality constitutes the barriers of funds and technology,the lack of structural holes leads to information barriers,and the shortage of strong relationships and the fracture of trust bonds aggravate talent barriers.More importantly,institutional isomorphic pressure and cognitive decoding fracture are deeply embedded in the whole chain of resource flow,and are intertwined and superimposed with the defects of network structure and relational bonds,comprehensively amplifying the resource obstruction effect.Based on this,this paper starts from the systematic network reconstruction paths of reshaping network positions,occupying structural holes,constructing high-frequency reciprocal strong relationships and deep trust,as well as building internal legitimacy and making breakthroughs in external discourse power,with an aim to provide theoretical and strategic reference for science and technology societies to break through international resource barriers.
