福建省四大产业技术引进再创新能力评价与影响因素分析

摘要从技术发展基础、技术引进、消化吸收、再创新和环境支持五个方面构建产业技术引进再创新能力评价指标体系。引入熵值法改进的灰局势决策模型，对福建省机械装备产业、轻工纺织产业、信息产业和光电子产业近七年引进技术再创新能力进行系统评价，分析比较各产业能力变化趋势及其影响因素。

Abstract：This paper established an evaluation index system of industries’ technology import and re-innovation capabilities from the aspects of technology development basis,technology import,digestion and absorption,re-innovation,and environment support.An improved method of grey situation decision based on entropy was introduced to systematically assess technology import and re-innovation capabilities of machinery equipment manufacturing industry,textile and light industry,information industry and photoelectronic industry in Fujian province in recent 7 years.Through comparing the capabilities of different industries,it analyzed the change tendency of capabilities and its influencing factors.
