Abstract Through the case study of the Shanghai Automotive Wind Tunnel Center(SAWTC)of Tongji University,the paper presents some strategic ideas and measures.Based on the analysis of the developmental background,construction and operation characteristics,and mechanisms of the SAWTC,the paper discusses the enlightenment of the SAWTC on the building of technological innovation service platform from the aspects of carrier,organizational orientation,mechanism innovation,collaborative development,and so on.It also presents some relevant policy recommendations.
