Abstract Since the born of integrated circuit,it always develops along with Moores law.However,with the closing of physical limits and the evaluation of integrated circuit industry,the emerging changes and opportunities of it will occur.This paper,through the analysis of location,technology,industry and business mode of world integrated circuit,proposes three phases of China s integrated circuit developmental mode:industry integration,technology upgrade,and business innovation.
