创业导向与企业绩效:战略柔性的中介作用

Abstract Under the framework of dynamic capability theory,the paper introduces two dimensions of strategic flexibility (resource flexibility and capability flexibility)as mediator variables into the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and firm performance firstly,therefore,a relatively complete analytical model is constructed.Then,it uses 386 samples of entrepreneurial SMEs in the Yangtze River Delta region for empirical analysis,and uses the methods of Hierarchical regression,Bootstrapping and AMOS structural equations to test.The results show that entrepreneurial orientation and strategic flexibility are positively related to firm performance;Both resource flexibility and capability flexibility play a partial mediating role in EO-FP relationship.In addition,significant differences in the mediation effect of two-dimensional strategic flexibility is found,the mediating effect of capacity flexibility is far greater than resource flexibility.Finally,on the basis of the empirical conclusions,we provide relevant recommendations for the development of SMEs.
