Abstract：Based on organizing and combing the theory of evolution context, background of the times and existing research at home and abroad, this paper proposes a three-dimensional modular framework which contains product modularity, industrial organization modularity, and the generation and strengthening of critical value region of industrial value chain modularity.Under this framework, by integrating multidisciplinary research ideas and methods, this paper researches the modular division of labor and trade of industry value network, the organization and governance of modular production network, and the formation mechanism and strategy of critical value region, in order to promote the formation and development of industry value network.
