Abstract:This paper constructs a composite synergistic system of high-tech manufacturing sector and science & technology services.To explore the level of synergistic innovation of the system,based on literature reviews,this paper expounds the synergistic innovative mechanism of the system and established evaluation index system.Based on the data from 2009 to 2016,this paper used complex system synergy model to measure the innovation synergy of the two industries as well as that of various sub-sectors within the high-tech manufacturing industry with science & technology services.The results show that currently the order degree of high-tech manufacturing sector subsystem and science & technology services subsystem is in the “preliminary coordination”stage.While the overall synergy is in the “poor coordination”stage due to the influence of innovation environment subsystem.In the sub-sectors of high-tech manufacturing industry,in addition to the low degree and unstable development of innovation synergy of electronic computer and office equipment manufacturing with science & technology services,the innovation synergy of other sub-sectors with science & technology services can be presented the trend of rising year by year.According to the results,suggestions for promoting the innovative development of the two industries' complex synergistic system are proposed.
