Abstract：Knowledge innovation alliance among industries,universities and research institutes forms a complicated knowledge operation system.In the system,knowledge chain is the running mode of knowledge innovation process.In the process of knowledge chain operation,there are some potential risks such as knowledge shared insufficiently,knowledge transferred and fused poorly,transformation and upgrade of knowledge positioning inaccurately,etc.The construction of the risk control mechanism is to build a harmony and soluble,shared mechanism,a rapidly transferred mechanism,and a sustainable operated mechanism.According to the internal logicality of the mechanism,strategic alliance is the best mode of the knowledge innovation alliance,to boost the benefit maximization of knowledge chain operation in the league system.In the strategic alliance,experts of knowledge innovation should play a role not only in the midstream of the knowledge chain,but also throughout the whole process of knowledge chain operation,especially in the downstream of the knowledge chain-marketing operation.
