Abstract：Through in-depth interviews,the paper applied grounded theory to explore the influencing factors of knowledge innovation union in complex and open environment.Partners,management communication,distribution of benefits,knowledge characteristics and cooperative risk significantly affected the union.Partner selection was the front variables;management communication,distribution of benefits were internal situational variables;characteristics of knowledge and cooperation risks were external situational variables.On this basis,this study explored the form factors of the five main areas and proposed an influencing factors model,namely“Organization-Implementation-Control”model,and simultaneously made policy recommendations.This study would provide theoretical reference to promote knowledge innovation alliance cooperation in complex and open environment
