人才链支撑创新链与产业链融合的机制——基于工业互联网平台赋能的多案例研究

摘要工业互联网作为驱动制造业数字化转型的关键引擎,在提升生产效率、优化资源配置、促进产业创新等方面展现出极高的战略价值。尽管现有研究已揭示工业互联网通过技术与资源整合赋能创新链与产业链融合的机制,但尚未关注人才链在这一机制中所发挥的作用,难以有效破解创新链、产业链融合中的深层次瓶颈。因此,基于平台赋能理论,本研究通过对3个典型工业互联网平台的案例分析发现:工业互联网通过“组织赋能—结构赋能—场域赋能”的递进式路径提升人才链的价值创造能力;与3种赋能维度相对应,人才链在方向引导、资源利用和生态构建3个方面有效化解创新链与产业链融合中的关键堵点;在此过程中,工业互联网平台通过“平台赋能—人才链支撑—创新链产业链融合”的路径实现人才链、创新链和产业链的一体化部署。本研究构建了工业互联网赋能人才链支撑创新链产业链融合的机制框架,不仅从动态视角拓展了平台赋能理论的内涵,为破解制造业转型升级中“人才—创新—产业”协同困境提供了理论依据与实践指导。

Abstract：As a key driver of manufacturing's digital transformation,the industrial internet enhances industrial chain collaboration and reshapes the innovation ecosystem.While research has examined the integration of technology and resources,a talent chain framework remains underexplored,limiting efforts to upgrade industrial foundations and foster innovation.Analyzing three industrial internet platforms,this study finds that platform-based collaboration—through organizational,structural,and field empowerment—strengthens talent chains and addresses dual-chain bottlenecks via guidance,resource use,and ecosystem capacity.The industrial internet thus integrates talent,innovation,and industrial chains through the“platform empowerment—talent chain support—dual-chain integration”mechanism.This study constructs a mechanism framework for the industrial internet's empowerment of talent chains supporting dual-chain integration and expands the connotation of platform empowerment theory from a dynamic perspective.It provides theoretical guidance for overcoming the talent-innovation-industry collaboration dilemma in the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing sector.
