摘要 本文基于2004—2023年新能源汽车产业链的上中下游专利数据,运用专利计量、技术生命周期logistic模型预测方法,从技术发展趋势、技术竞争主体、技术竞争区域、技术竞争重点4个维度综合分析中国新能源汽车产业链的技术竞争态势,揭示现存问题并提出对策建议。研究发现:①新能源补贴政策退坡,技术竞争激烈;②竞争主体以国企为主,上中下游技术发展不均衡;③技术竞争区域高度集中;④当前技术竞争重点与未来发展方向不完全匹配;⑤专利数量增长快,但市场竞争力有限。未来应采取灵活且有针对性的补贴政策调整方式,从整体上审视新能源汽车产业链的技术竞争态势,在上、中、下游合理配置资源,制定适合企业自身的技术专利布局。

Abstract:This article is based on the patent data of the new energy vehicle industry chain in up,middle and down links from 2004 to 2023.Using patent measurement and technology life cycle logistic model prediction methods,it comprehensively analyzes the technological competition position of the whole industry chain of new energy vehicles in China from four dimensions,such as technological development trend,technological competition entity,technological competition region,technological competition priority,and puts forward some suggestions.The research finds the followings.①The subsidy policy of new energy vehicles is declining,and the technology competition is more fierce;②The main entities of competition is state-owned enterprises,and the development of technology in up,middle,down link of industry chain is uneven;③Technological competition region shows high concentration;④Current technological competition priority does not completely match the future technological development direction;⑤The number of patents increased rapidly,but the market competitiveness was limited.More flexible and targeted adjustment of subsidy policy should be adopted in the future.Furthermore,enterprises should reasonably allocate resources in up,middle,down link of industry chain,and formulate the technology patent layout suitable for themselves,by examining the technological competition position of new energy vehicle industry chain as a whole.
