Impact of Incubation Services on the Innovation Performance of Entrepreneurial Enterprises——Based on the Moderated Chain Multiple Mediation Effect Model

Abstract：Incubation service plays an important role in improving the innovation performance of entrepreneurial enterprises.However,the mechanism through which incubation services enhance the innovation performance of entrepreneurial enterprises is a question that lacks attention and needs to be answered.This paper tests the theory based on sample data from the maker space from 2017 to 2019,explores the impact mechanism of incubation services on the innovation performance of entrepreneurial enterprises,and constructs a moderated chain multiple mediation effect model.It is found that incubation services can promote the innovation performance of entrepreneurial enterprises,but there are differences in their strength.Among them,financial support has the greatest impact on the innovation performance of entrepreneurial enterprises.The role path of incubation service involves multiple mediating effects of financing constraints and human capital.Government subsidies have a negative moderating effect on the direct and mediating effects of incubation services,while ownership differences have a positive moderating effect.The research findings have enriched the study of the underlying mechanisms between incubation services and corporate innovation.
