Abstract:In the face of the complex innovation development environment,studying the development situation of China's science and technology innovation under Chinese-style modernization is an important way to effectively avoid risks and grasp the opportunities of innovation development.Based on the characteristics of science and technology innovation in Chinese-style modernization,we select the scenario elements of science and technology innovation development,use the improved scenario analysis method that introduces the cloud model and the evidence theory to carry out the multi-scenario analysis of China's science and technology innovation development under Chinese-style modernization,and adjust the initial development probability of the scenario elements to analyze the impact of the different scenario elements on China's innovation development situation.The study shows that China's S&T innovation under Chinese-style modernization is most likely to face a“severe situation”,and there are problems such as the implementation of innovation policies needs to be improved,and the synergy of innovation main bodies is insufficient,etc.China's S&T innovation under Chinese-style modernization is affected by the development of the factors themselves as well as the cross-influence of the factors,and the development of S&T innovation is mainly affected by the factors of domestic innovation environment.The level of independent control and the advantages of the new national system are the critical factors for the development of scientific and technological innovation under the Chinese-style modernization,and in order to promote the development of China's scientific and technological innovation in a favorable direction in the future,it is necessary to firmly grasp the opportunities for the development of these two scenarios.
