Abstract:The in-depth implementation of major regional strategies leading with the layout of science,technology and innovation centers is of great significance for supporting national scientific and technological self-reliance,building a new development pattern and promoting coordinated regional development.Based on the science and technology indicators of China's 194 prefecture-level cities in 21 provincial regions,this paper deeply analyzes the development foundation of the Yangtze River,the Yellow River basin and the Northeast China region.It is suggested to choose Wuhan,Zhengzhou,Xi'an and Shenyang as the core cities,and promote the construction of the 4 regional science,technology and innovation centers with national influence,as strategic highlands to support China's high-quality development,and support Taiyuan,Hohhot,Yinchuan,Guiyang,Kunming,and Fuzhou to build provincial-level regional science,technology and innovation centers,as new economic growth poles in the region,radiating and driving the development of relevant provinces and surrounding areas.Accordingly,it is proposed to formulate an overall plan for the layout and construction of regional science,technology and innovation centers,optimize the allocation of national science,technology and innovation resources,improve the level of regional collaborative innovation,and promote the integrated development of industrial chains,innovation chains and capital chains.
