Abstract：In today's era,the world is facing big changes that unseen in a century.The global scientific and technological strength and innovation capability are becoming increasingly fierce.The new nationwide system,as an innovation system for national development,is an important magic weapon to overcome core technologies and build innovative country.Under the background of comprehensively implementing the innovation-driven strategy,the large aircraft industry that supported with core technologies is selected as the research object.Taking the institutional advantage,strategic advantage,market advantage and organizational advantage of the new nationwide system as the core starting point,the paper builds its technology innovative dynamic mechanism model based on grounded theory.Using entropy gray correlation analysis method the paper conducts the empirical analysis,explores the mechanism of factors,and finally improves the scientific and technological innovation system that is conducive to the development of core technologies,and provides assistance for the realization of a modern and powerful country under the new nationwide system.
