The Practice Form,Multiple Mechanism and Its Influence of Grass-Root Agricultural Technology Extension System Reshaped by Farmer Cooperatives

Abstract：The core issue of the paper is on the relationship between the farmers' cooperatives and the agricultural technology extension system.The paper has found that the cooperatives adopt a variety of behaviors to absorb the local government,the agricultural technology extension department,the technical backbone and the ordinary farmers in the course of its development.The absorbing behaviors not only have reshaped the grass-roots agricultural technology extension system,but also have promoted the reform of the agricultural businesses system,and then have reshaped the stratum structure of the rural society.In this regard,the government departments need to reverse the tendency distribution of the agricultural resources,accelerate the construction of the agricultural socialization service system,guarantee the agricultural technology services to the small farmers,and thus inhibit the negative impact of reshaping,and finally build the long-term mechanism of the organic connection between the small farmers and the modern agriculture.
