Abstract：Digital currency,a product deeply coupled by digital technology innovation and distributed financial innovation,has evolved from early geek experiments to an important field of global digital financial competition.Since the birth of Bitcoin,the evolution trajectory of digital currency regulation by successive US administrations has shown a logical progression from risk prevention to innovation inclusiveness.In his second term,Donald Trump regarded digital currency and its underlying technology as a key advantage for the United States to participate in the global financial and technological competition,and has launched important measures since his taking office.Based on a comparative analysis between China and the United States,this paper proposes policy suggestions for China to respond to the new US digital currency policy and participate in global financial and technological competition.
