Abstract：Based on the system collaboration theory,an evaluation index system for the development level of technology factor market is constructed.It covers four subsystems:operating environment,technology trading,technology demand,and technology supply.The AHP-CRITIC method,Dagum Gini coefficient,and coupling coordination model are used to measure the technology factor market development level in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,and regional differences and system collaboration are analyzed.Research finds that:①The overall development level of technology factor market in the Greater Bay Area has been increasing yearly,showing a characteristic featuring“core leadership and regional differentiation”,with significant and widening regional disparities.②The driving effect of core cities varies,with a certain synergy degree in the technology factor markets between the Shenzhen-Dongguan-Huizhou urban agglomeration and Hong Kong,while Guangzhou has not been able to effectively drive the development of Zhaoqing.The development of the Zhuhai-Zhongshan-Jiangmen urban agglomeration and the Macao technology factor market is weak.③At the system level,the coordination of various subsystems in the Greater Bay Area is becoming closer.According to the coordinated development trend of technology factor market system,the 11 cities are divided into four types:cities that achieve optimization through transformation,cities that achieve growth through collaboration,cities that are relatively stable and mature,and cities that are constrained by their structures.
