Current Situation and Prospect on the Construction of New Agricultural Infrastructure

Abstract：With the in-depth integration of new generation information technologies such as Internet of things,big data,mobile Internet,artificial intelligence and other new generation information technology with agricultural and rural areas,the construction of new agricultural and rural infrastructure is becoming a new driving force to promote rural development,bringing great vitality to the development of agricultural industry.Accelerating the construction of new infrastructure and the application of modern information technology is the basic support and strategic measure for the development of smart agriculture and the construction of digital countryside in the new era.Based on the demand analysis of modern agricultural development,the connotation,scope and function of new agricultural and rural infrastructure were sorted out,the differences between new and traditional infrastructure were clarified,the development status and existing problems of new agricultural and rural infrastructure in China were analyzed,the key tasks of building new agricultural and rural infrastructure in the new period were expounded.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions for the future development of new infrastructure construction were put forward.
