Abstract In order to accurately evaluate the value of the patent(patent No.ZL200480008287.7) and promote the transformation and application of the patented technology,the research was carried out from the field of the hepatitis vaccine,combined with the development of the technology and the characteristics of the industry.Advancement,dependency,technological development prospect,applicable scope,alternative,maturity and necessary technology dependence,industrial concentration were chosen as the technical value evaluation index.Detailed patent analysis was carried out to evaluate the level of each indicator and reasonable judgment for its value of the technology.According to the results,a set of strong scientific and high maneuverability general assessment methods of the patented technology which was suitable for Jilin province was summarized.
