基于官产学的区域创新能力建设研究——以国家科技进步奖为例

Abstract With the rising tide of the innovation in science and technology,regional innovation capability is increasingly becoming the key factor to obtain competitive advantage in regional development.This paper offers an empirical analysis to regional innovation capability based on the framework of university-industry-government relationships.Then by means of data mining to National Prizes for Science-Technology Progress in 2006—2015,the seven cooperation modes about innovation subject are given.A comparison of innovation capability from university-industry-government relationships in the four regions such as Beijing,Guangdong,Anhui,Xinjiang,indicates that different region should choose different innovation model.Furthermore,it gives some practice enlightenments to upgrade regional innovation capability in virtue of university-industry-government relationships.
