韩国科技奖励制度的特点与启示

Abstract With the development of science and technology economy,South Korea has established a reward system for scientific and technological talents in line with its development stage,which plays an important role in mobilizing the scientific research enthusiasm of Korean scientists,improving the level of national innovation,and promoting the overall development of society.This paper analyzes the scientific awards of South Korea,summarizes the characteristics of South Korean scientific award system,and provides reference suggestions for improving China's award system for scientific and technological talents.
