数字经济时代装备制造企业颠覆式创新模式——基于扎根理论的探索

Abstract Based on the theory of disruptive innovation and the procedural rooted analysis of the disruptive innovation cases of six Chinese equipment manufacturing enterprises,this paper constructs a disruptive innovation model of equipment manufacturing enterprises based on the existing technology track,digital technology innovation track and enterprise value network in the era of digital economy.This model reveals that the intention to innovate is the fundamental driving factor for the formation of disruptive innovation model,and the innovation condition is the external factor to guide the formation of the model.The dynamic matching structure of existing technology track and digital technology innovation track is the key support for the generation of disruptive innovation.The close interaction between the enterprise value network and the dual-track dynamic matching structure,which continuously empower enterprises,promotes the continuous emergence of disruptive innovation.Therefore,equipment manufacturing enterprises should enhance the technical support ability,build value network platform and promote the interaction of innovation subjects to support the continuous emergence of disruptive innovation.
