中国瞪羚企业的现状、挑战与建议

Abstract Gazelle enterprises is as representative of high-growth enterprises.Based on the definition of Gazelle enterprise,this study constructs the selection criteria of Gazelle enterprises in National High Tech Zone,analyzes the current situation and characteristics of Gazelle enterprises,from the perspectives of economic profit,the scientific and technological innovation and industrial fields.This paper applies the model of DEA-Malmquist on different types of Gazelle enterprises in scientific and technological activities.The analytical results indicate that the investment of science and technology innovation is the main driving force of the production efficiency of Gazelle enterprises.The paper further analyzes the challenges of Gazelle enterprises,puts forward some suggestions for further strengthening the cultivation of Gazelle enterprises through innovation driven development.
