从制造到智造:产权性质异质下传统制造型企业如何推行精益数字化

Abstract This research takes the lean digital practice of many traditional manufacturing enterprises as samples aiming at the state-owned property and private property rights.ARAS-F and fsQCA methods are used to explore the influencing factors and the multiple concurrent causal relationship among the factors of lean digitalization in the“point,line,plane,cube”stages for two property rights of traditional manufacturing enterprises.The results show the followings.①The four stages of“point,line,plane,cube”have different influencing factors for the implementation of lean digitalization,and all internal and external influencing factors cannot be used alone as necessary conditions for the efficient implementation of lean digitalization in the four stages of“point,line,plane,cube”.Several paths that need to be linked and matched in the form of configuration are proposed.②Aiming at the four stages of“point,line,plane,cube”,this study puts forward several effective combination paths of lean digitalization for traditional manufacturing enterprises of state-owned and private nature,and each path has the same goal and different effect.③For traditional manufacturing enterprises of state-owned and private nature,in addition to the focus on supply chain coordination in the“plane”stage,the emphasis of lean digitalization is different in the three stages of“point,line,cube”.
