构建伞形监管沙盒促进中国金融科技创新是否可行

Abstract In order to promote the development of Fintech,many countries and regions have implemented sandbox regulation on Fintech.What about China?Is it feasible to mobilize the resources of regulators,industry associations and Fintech practitioners to build umbrella-shaped regulatory sandbox based on blockchain technology?On the basis of relevant research,this paper puts forward the idea of“umbrella-shaped regulatory sandbox based on blockchain”and explains it in detail.Then from the impact of regulatory resources on Fintech innovation,its feasibility is analyzed through empirical analysis.The analysis shows that regulatory resources have a positive effect on Fintech innovation.Umbrella-shaped regulatory sandbox based on block chainscan promote Fintech innovation by expanding regulatory resources,which is feasible at the national level.Finally,policy suggestions on umbrella-shaped regulatory sandbox based on blockchain are put forward.
