Abstract As an important carrier to promote the cooperation of research institutes,universities,local governments and enterprises,the new R&D institutions can effectively integrate innovative resources to carry out source technology innovation.However,the modes of cooperation between industry,academia and research institutes adopted by different types of new R&D institutions are quite different.In the actual cooperation process,the status of each party will change,then,become a dynamic game process.This paper divides the industry-university-research institute cooperation mode into four modes:technology shareholding,joint co-construction,project incubation and talent exchange.It studies the operation mechanism and existing problems of various cooperation modes from three aspects:initiation process,catalytic process and resistance process.Finally,various mechanism strategies and suggestions for the participants in the industry-university-research cooperation are proposed.
