Abstract The rationality of strategic emerging industries spatial distribution determines the sustainability of the industrial development.According to China and its provinces practical requirement of distributing strategic emerging industries scientifically,the paper defines the connotation of strategic emerging industries spatial distribution from the perspective of industries value chain.On the basis of that,the paper constructs strategic emerging industries spatial distribution index system,designs strategic emerging industries spatial distribution model based on hierarchical cluster analysis and layouts spatial distribution for manufacture of aircrafts and spacecrafts in China,the purpose of which is to provide theoretical and method support as well as decision references for strategic emerging industries spatial distribution planning.
