Abstract International vertical specialization of production is deepening with the fragmentation of production processes between countries.The production is not limited in one nation or one company.The production process is separated in different countries and areas.Therefore,the revealed comparative advantage index,based on export volume,face a lot of challenges.International input-output table is used in this article to measure the national comparative advantage,based on revenue,considering the international relationship of import and output.After analysis,it is concluded that developed countries have benefited from the export growth of China s high-tech industries,with control and import of critical technologies.And it reduced the revenue and comparative advantage of China s high-tech industries.So it is imperative to develop the endogenous innovation of these industries.
