Abstract IRSS-SEI is the basic condition for advancing growth of the strategic emerging industries.NSP-SEIIR,however,it s an important service platform to support fluky work of IRSS-SEI.First of all,we analyze the deep meaning and significance of the IRSS-SEI,and then we build it.Secondly,we not only design a network service platform to make sure the strategic emerging industries information requirement,but also analyze the functional modules of it.Finally,an typical emerging industries economic website has been analyzed to test its network service platforms,and we find out what need to be reinforced when IRSS-SEI and NSP-SEIIR are established.
