Abstract This paper,from the perspective of two dimensions of intellectual property service demands and orientation based on innovative and entrepreneurial talent cultivation in colleges,explores and analyzes new connotation of colleges' practical training service system about intellectual property,and researches the functional orientation,the frame and the service mode of such training system in the view of modern education.It intends to fill vacancies for comprehensive practical talents of intellectual property as required during innovative country-building,meanwhile to ease technological innovation “intestinal obstruction” type patterns of laying colleges' proprietary certificate in the ivory tower and turn colleges’practical bases from closed-off mode to open-up mode,to transform the predicament with gradually increased innovative practice teams and decreased allocated project funds year after year,and to provide corresponding feasible and effective solutions.
