Abstract Innovation-driven strategy is an important development strategy for China's “12th Five-Year Plan”,and has risen as the strategic fulcrum to build China an innovative country.In the current service dominant logic background,based on analyzing and integrating the conception of service innovation,collaborative innovation and cloud computing,we proposed a collaborative innovation-driven service mode for cloud computing and discussed its operation mechanism.Finally,four cloud computing service strategies were presented to implement the innovation-driven strategy in China.
