Abstract The Firm is a machine to make value.Individual knowledge will be transformed to organization knowledge of the firm with intellectual capital management,then organization knowledge will be blended in operation activity of the firm.Ultimately product or service will be made through efficient matching between intangible (intellectual capital) and tangible assets.Theoretically,to measure and evaluate the coordination management effect of intellectual capital is valuable for constructing firms' strategic value chain and important for firms' core competition.It is important to build the measurement and evaluation model of coordination management effect of intellectual capital.This paper aims at founding an measurement and evaluation model of coordination management effect of intellectual capital based on cash flow.
