Abstract Universities,as important power for national innovation system,have proficient intellectual capital.Nowadays,more and more scholars focused on how to transfer the university intellectual capital to productivity.From collaborative innovation perspective that the knowledge management practice should be into university intellectual capital research,the authors used the “resource-practice-efficiency”logic to conduct an interactive impact path model of collaborative innovation.Based on the analysis of 311 surveys,the authors took advantage of statistical method and path investigation theories to find that university intellectual capital affects the knowledge management practice and transfer efficiency of knowledge achievement.
