Abstract:Based on the panel data 30 provinces(cities,districts)from 2009 to 2013 in China,the article used spatial gini coefficient and factor analysis to measure the overall development level of the regional high-tech industrial agglomeration and ecological environment,and constructed Tapio decoupling index and catching up decoupling index model to analyze the decoupling relationship between regional high-tech industrial agglomeration and ecological environment.The results showed that:the comprehensive development level of the high-tech industrial agglomeration and ecological environment in each province during the study period were generally low,and the level of the overall high-tech industrial agglomeration lagged behind the ecological environment level.The regional high-tech industrial agglomeration level change range was quite small,the ecological environment level also showed fluctuations in the overall downward trend,and had“east>northeast>middle>west”spatial distribution pattern.In most provinces,Tapio decoupling index and chasing decoupling index were expanding in the whole time,and the gap between high-tech industries catching up with provinces and imitation provinces was gradually narrowing,but the ecological environment gap was widening
