Abstract：By comparing the modes of technology transfer,R&D services and spin-off under conditions of uncertainty,this paper finds that knowledge gap is an important basis guidance for people to choose the appropriate way of transformation,and also an important factor influencing uncertainty companying transformation process.The knowledge gap between sellers and buyers of technological achievements shows different characteristics.The actors of transformation face increasing uncertainty in the modes of technology transfer,R&D services and spin-off in practice.At last,this paper suggests that the modes of technology transfer,R&D services and spin-off are all necessary and should be supported
