Abstract：If we have a method to identify the core technology of small and micro enterprises without involving the technical details, it will improve the ability of investment to technology for financial institutions. Modern TRIZ pays more attention to the market when it provide innovation tools. It is based on the idea that technology systems must be survivals of the fittest and has a lot of tools to determine the trends of the products, which can expand the research perspective for financial investment. Combined the modern TRIZ with finance, we can establish a method which not only help us to identify the technical level of the small and micro enterprises from MPV, but also build a channel of finance and technology, guide the flow of financial resources to the small and micro enterprises which have a high value of core technology.
