Abstract：This paper took Zhongguancun as an example and analyzed the science and technology financial reform experience and enlightenment in the Zhongguancun.Based on the connected-data of innovation surveys and corporate financial data,we did some empirical analysis of the status quo and problems of science and technology financial reform in Zhongguancun and systematically discussed the collaborative development pattern and inspiration of the Zhongguancun Science financial services system,designed to integrate a variety of financial instruments,to strengthen the dynamic synergy match,deepen financial cooperation of science and technology,and promote the effective joint of scientific resources and financial capital.
