Agent-Empowered Organizational Management:Reconstruction and Theoretical Innovation of Multi-Agent Interaction Relationships

Abstract:With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology,agents—as computational entities with autonomous decision-making capabilities—are profoundly transforming traditional models of organizational management. Focusing on multi-agent interactions in organizational management,this study systematically analyzes the mechanisms through which agent embedding influences organizational management. By constructing a human-centered triadic interaction framework of ‘Agent-Human-Organization’,the four-stage evolution law of agent embedding in organizational management and its reconstruction mechanism of power structure,communication patterns,and decision-making processes are revealed. The research finds that the introduction of agents reconstructs power structures,communication patterns,and decision-making processes within organizations,leading to a new paradigm of organizational collaboration. Grounded in complexity science and network science theory,this study proposes a theoretical framework for agent-empowered organizational management and validates its effectiveness through multiple case analyses. The conclusions provide new perspectives and methodologies for the innovation and practical application of organizational management theory.
