Abstract：The science and technology security system is a fundamental approach to advancing the national governance of science and technology security.Given the increasingly intricate and severe science and technology security landscape,China urgently needs to enhance its science and technology security system in order to establish institutional safeguards for achieving high-level self-reliance in science and technology.Drawing upon the foundational framework of science and technology security,this paper compares and analyzes the key distinctions between China's system and that of the United States,as well as highlights the outstanding characteristics of the US system with regard to superior legislation and organizational leadership system,scientific activity security system,and technology transaction control system.Furthermore,it presents enlightenment from the US system to provide valuable references for both enriching and enhancing China's own system,as well as effectively addressing America's blockade on Chinese scientific advancements.
