Abstract：Social impact investment is a new investment method that introduces business investment into the field of social governance.It is a social innovation tool that integrates financial investment and public welfare and charity.It introduces market funds into social areas where there is a shortage of funds, while solving social problems and obtaining social benefits, it also obtains corresponding economic returns.According to Emersons comprehensive value theory, through a typical case study it is found that social impact investment can well realize multiple social, economic and environmental values by investing in social enterprises.Further analysis of the case reveals the following.Providing funds, providing professional support, and improving social credibility can help improve the realization of social value;Stimulating economic returns, increasing the utilization rate of funds, and promoting the development of the industrial chain can help improve the realization of economic value;Optimizing the policy environment and promoting changes in the field can help improve the realization of environmental values.
